We used Richard and his team two years ago to build a pool and spa in out home in Carlsbad. I’ve had an awesome experience with his team. From an under construction standpoint, and a warranty and maintenance standpoint. Richards initial sales presentation was top notch. He has vision and knows Carlsbad. He based his design off what we had hoped for and honestly made it better. Armando, his foreman during the project was incredible. A truly hard worker and always there supervising. Our project was not perfect, but ultimately Richard and his team were. They responded to and provided work around every issue that cropped up. We had Dream Pools in Carlsbad build our new pool, spa, and outdoor living area this summer. We went with these guys because of a friends referral and the design was by far the best. The construction process went along with a few minor issues, but that’s the nature of construction. I was very pleased with the overall outcome and would highly recommend them to others.
My family and i had Dream Pools and Spas of San Diego build a pool, waterfall, and complete outdoor kitchen-and the experience and outcome was more than we expected. Their designers are very talented and were able to create the design we were looking for. The crews were always courteous. We made several changes through the project and they were handled very professionally. The project took a few weeks longer than scheduled but I think the changes we made had a lot to do with that. Overall if we were to build another pool or outdoor project I would use Dream Pools in Carlsbad. I highly recommended this builder.
I contracted with Dream Pools and Spas of Carlsbad to build our backyard project a few years ago, and my family and I are as happy now as we were when it was finished. The design was great and the craftsmanship was top quality. We built a pool spa combo with waterfall grotto and a BBQ with fire pit and Palapa patio cover.
